The wig shampoo service will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the customer's wig arrives at our store.

It will be delivered by Japan Post Letter Pack Plus.

Ordered items (such as pajamas) will be shipped within 5-12 business days after purchase.

[Shipment of custom order products]

Custom order items (pajamas, etc.) will be shipped within 5-14 business days after measurements are taken.

Unless the product is defective, we generally do not accept returns.
